Ingredients:
1 medium-sized Upo(White Squash), sliced into small pieces
1 can (medium-sized) spicy corned beef
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 white onion, diced
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
fish sauce, salt and pepper to taste

Procedures:
1. In a casserole, heat oil then saute garlic, onions and tomatoes over low heat.
2. Add corned beef and water then stir cook for a minute.
3. Add upo then cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until cooked.
4. Season with fish sauce, salt and pepper according to taste.
5. Serve with steamed rice.

Corned Beef Sandwich

Ingredients:
4 buns, slice in half
200 grams corned beef
1 white onion, chopped
4 cheese slices
lettuce
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Procedures:
Part 1
1. In a pan, heat oil then saute onion until translucent.
2. Add corned beef then stir cook for 3-5 minutes. Adjust seasoning according to taste. Set aside.

Part 2
1. In a slice bun, arrange lettuce then add a slice of cheese.
2. Add 2-3 tablespoons of sauteed corned beef then place another slice bun on top.
3. Serve immediately with hot sauce.

Filipino Style Recipe: Cheesy Baked Corned Beef Hash Brown is another delicious and mouth-watering breakfast dish. This dish is consists of corned beef and chopped potatoes cooked and sauteed together with bell peppers, garlic and onions in butter. The corned beef-potato mixture arrange and press down in ramekins or any baking pan then submerged in egg-milk mixture. Sprinkle with Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese then baked until done

Estimated time of baking: 15-20 minutes
Good for 3-4 servings

Ingredients:
2 cups Corned Beef
2 cups cooked potatoes, chopped
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, grated
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, grated
2 pieces red and green bell pepper, cut into cubed
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 large onion, chopped
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
salt and pepper to taste

Procedures:
Part 1
1. In a pan, heat oil and melt butter then saute garlic and onion.
2. Add bell pepper, corned beef, and potatoes then season with salt and pepper.
3. Stir cook for 3 minutes or until light brown. Set aside.

Part 2
1. In a bowl, combine beaten eggs and milk then stir well. Set aside.
2. In a ramekins, arrange and press down corned beef-potatoes mixture then sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
3. Pour egg-milk mixture then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

Part 3
1. Bake in a preheated oven over 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes.
2. Remove from oven then serve immediately.

Notes:
1. You may use quickmelt cheese as an alternative to Mozzarella cheese.

Filipino Style Recipe: Sauteed peas and corned beef is an easy, simple and affordable Filipino dish. It consists of corned beef and snow peas cooked and simmered in oyster sauce. Adding oyster sauce and dried chili flakes will improve the flavor and taste of the dish.

Estimated time of preparation and cooking: 20 minutes
Good for 2-3 servings

Ingredients:
180 grams snow peas, trimmed
1 small can corned beef
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
1/8 teaspoon dried chili flakes
4 tablespoons oyster sauce
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
salt and pepper to taste

Procedures:
Part 1
1. In a saucepan, heat oil then saute garlic and onion until soft.
2. Add corned beef then continue sauteing until slightly toasted.
3. Add snow peas then pour water and simmer for a minutes.
4. Add oyster sauce and chili flakes then simmer for another 2 minutes.
5. Adjust seasoning according to taste then transfer to serving plate. Serve with steamed rice.

Filipino Style Recipe: corned beef omelet or omelette is another easy yet delicious breakfast recipe. This is another variety of omelet dish that consists of beaten eggs, and corned beef then cooked until set. Then usually serve during breakfast with fried rice.

Estimated time of preparation and cooking: 10-15 minutes
Good for 1 servings

Ingredients:
4 eggs, beaten
1 can(150 grams) corned beef
1 onion, chopped
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper

1/4 cup evaporated milk(optional)
1/2 cup cheese, grated(optional)

Procedures:
Part 1
1. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, milk and ground pepper together until frothy. Set aside.

Part 2
1. In a nonstick pan, heat oil then saute onions until soft.
2. Add corned beef and cook for 3 minutes then transfer into bowl. Set aside.
3. Add half of corned beef into egg mixture then mix well.

Part 3
1. In a same pan, melt butter in a low heat then pour egg mixture.
2. Cook until slightly set then top the remaining corned beef and grated cheese.
3. Continue cooking until bottom is golden then gently fold omelet over.
4. Slide omelet into serving plate then serve with hot sauce.

Filipino Style Recipe: Ginisang corned beef or sauteed canned corned beef is another popular breakfast by most Filipinos. This dish is simple and easy to prepared, normally the corned beef sauteed with garlic and onion then cooked with fried potatoes. Ginisang corned beef is usually served with fried rice(sinangag) and egg(itlog) also known as “Cornsilog”.

Ingredients:
1 can(454 grams) corned beef(I prefer purefoods or delimondo)
1 large size potato, diced
2 large size onion, cut into rings
3 gloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons cooking oil
salt and pepper taste

Procedures:
1. In a pan, heat oil and stir fry onion until translucent. Remove from the pan and set aside.
2. In a same pan, stir fry potatoes until golden brown then add garlic until light brown.
3. Add corned beef and stir cook for 3 minutes. Add a little water if desired.
4. Adjust seasoning according to taste then add stir fried onion.
5. Remove from heat then serve with steamed or fried rice.
