Janel has been
drawing and painting since she was very young. Mostly
self-taught until high school, earned a Bachelors of Art degree in Art
from Minot State University. Returned recently to university for Biology
degree.
Always have loved animals, dogs and horses especially, with special
affinity for cats, rodents (namely rats, mice and hamsters), and also
amphibians (frogs! :) ) and reptiles, but love all animals.
Prefer to work with pastels, Prismacolor pencils, and/or watercolor and
pen& ink, and also graphite or ebony pencils. |
